'CFR' Abbreviation to be updated to match the definition of Community Residencial Facilities (CRF)
May consider adding this for some open space areas.
May need to add this for the cell tower in the borough
Laundromats exist within the borough
May need to add this to maintain conformity with existing uses.
May need to add community center
Several private membership clubs exist in the borough - may need to add this for conformity's sake.
Need to review maps and see if this makes sense to keep in North Catasauqua, due to very residential nature of borough.
Could consider adding this in one or two locations
Interested in adding parks, open space preservation, and riverfront preservation.
Not sure we have space for this in North Catasauqua. Can probably keep if one or two restaurants would be interested, but limited availability.
Two "boarding houses" exist in the borough. Need to comply with state laws guiding boarding houses
Will need to review definitions and locations
OK to keep, but limited to certain areas.
Would need to see definition. Not much space available for any further developments, so unless the Willowbrook Development meets this definition, no reason for it in North Catasauqua.

North Catasauqua Planning Commission has been interested in adding a mixed used development - particularly in some of the areas currently designated as Town Center.
There is no space in the borough for a mobile home park. Would suggest removing this from North Catasauqua due to a lack of availability of land for such a development.
There are several multi-family units that exist. Some of these are duplexes that were sub-divided. Some were built as multi-family, and currently there is one apartment building being developed from an old school.
Very limited number of modern townhomes in the borough. A number of older "rowhomes" also exist along Front and 2nd Streets.
considered agriculture I think
